Dr. Luis Garcia has been practicing for more than 30 years in Orange County in the specialty of Gynecology and Maternal and Child Public Health with social responsibility towards the Orange County community. He completed his training from the University of Illinois in downtown Chicago and graduated from UC Berkley with a degree in Public Health. He seeks to advocate for the will of healthy Americans through improving the medical, physical, mental and social health outcomes at the lowest costs.
